I had the pleasure of working with Kees as part of a global project kick off for a HR transformation project. Being a true believer in the importance of soft skills of the consultant profile I was keen for Kees to investigate my profile. Kees’s opinion and guidance we’re easy to observe and delivered in a nice way! I found Kees approach very engaging with a special ability and nice way to open my eyes to areas I hadn’t even thought about developing (well people told me but I ignored them).
